HARASSMENT POLICY
Research shows that malicious communications, assault and indecent exposure is sadly a huge problem within the Professional Massage Therapy industry. Please note that:
-
Sending inappropriate texts, photos and messages can be prosecuted as malicious communications.
-
Touching or grabbing the therapist is non consensual and therefore classed as assault.
-
Indecent exposure is a crime regardless of whether it was committed in public or in private, if the intention is for someone else to see.
We take a zero tolerance approach to the above and will report all instances to the local police force as per ABMT guidelines. We offer professional therapeutic services only. If you receive a caution for malicious communications it will be entered on your criminal record. Assault and indecent exposure can both lead to a prison sentence. When you apply for a job cautions and convictions may show up as part of your DBS check for 6 years after it is given.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your appointment free of charge via your fresha account up to 24 hours prior to you appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. No shows will incur 100% of the treatment price.
